Our Story
I came back to skating in my 40s and quickly remembered what the concrete feels like. I also remembered how awful padded shorts were — tight layers, awkward changes, no real convenience. So I built something different: removable-pad shorts you can slip out of in seconds. Same protection. Zero hassle.
That’s where Malt Soda Shred Factory started — creating gear that solves real skater problems. The shorts are our first release under Shred Wear, but they won’t be the last. The goal is simple: make the skate gear we’ve always needed but could never find.
